第23届知识与系统科学国际会议(KSS2024)是2003年底通过4届KSS国际会议孕育而生的国际知识与系统科学学会（ISKSS）第23届学术年会。KSS国际会议及ISKSS创始成员除日本若干大学外，中国系统工程学会国际学术交流工作委员会是中坚力量。ISKSS目前为国际系统研究联合会(IFSR)成员单位。2023年12月召开KSS2023期间，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院唐锡晋研究员接替清华大学陈剑教授成为新一任ISKSS会长，新增补的副会长包括大连理工大学的夏昊翔教授。

KSS2024将于2024年11月16-17日在澳大利亚霍巴特(Hobart)召开，由塔斯马尼亚大学承办。KSS2024大会主席为唐锡晋研究员。程序委员会主席为Van-Nam Huynh (JAIST, 日本)和夏昊翔（大连理工大学），组织委员会主席为塔斯马尼亚大学BAI, Quan 副教授等。KSS2024主题为：“Knowledge and Systems Sciences with Responsible AI”。

KSS2024全文会议论文集由Springer出版社出版，属于Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) 系列（EI检索），过往会议论文集请浏览 https://link.springer.com/conference/kss。KSS2024采用双盲评审模式，每篇全文投稿将由技术程序委员会至少3位成员评审。程序委员会将对论文修改稿(camera-ready version)作最终审核，若修改未达到评审要求，或未通过Springer指定工具iThenticate的查重检查，论文将不被收录到会议论文集中，并转为摘要录取，仍欢迎作者注册会议并参会交流。会议论文集收录论文将根据评审结果、现场报告质量及Springer网站单篇文章下载量等因素推荐论文修改稿到中国系统工程学会期刊Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering（SCI期刊），投稿需再审。

有兴趣的作者若未能在全文截止前完成英文全文，可提交长摘要（英文至少2页以上），进入双盲评审。根据评审结果及作者意愿，推荐作者完成全文转投中国系统工程学会期刊Journal of Systems Science and Information《系统科学与信息学报（英文）》，若通过评审录取后2024年12月出版，作者需以摘要投稿形式注册KSS2024并参会交流。
